Products return and exchange policy
All our products are thoroughly checked for any damage before they are shipped.
When the customer receives the products, she must check if they correspond to her original order. She is also obliged to test the product she bought without removing the accompanying tabs, to make sure that the product meets her order. (otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and its return is not accepted).
If, however, the customer decides that she wants to change a product, she informs us directly electronically by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 2106130627, notifying us if she wishes to change the product with a new one from our website. The details that must be mentioned in addition to the name, are the order number, and the product code that she wants to change.
The process of changing the products is strictly done within 10 days from the day SEND from Prive Shop.
A necessary condition for the return of any product is its accompaniment with the original receipt. If the product is not accompanied by proof of purchase, the change cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
The shipment of the products for the first change must be made by the customer exclusively with Courier Center by charging the customer.
The shipment of the new product (with which the customer wishes to change the one he returns) is done at PRIVE SHOP’s expense.
In case of a second or even a third change, the shipping and delivery of the new products are borne exclusively by the customer, choosing whichever courier she wishes.
For returns from abroad, the shipping fee will be charged to the buyer.

Important information for changing products:
- The products must not be worn and / or worn, have not been washed, modified or damaged in any way. No label must have been removed, as well as their accompanying), which is part of the product.
- If you have purchased a sale product that belongs to the SALES category, to change it you must select a product from the SALES category again. In this case, the costs of return – exchange are borne by the customer.
- Products with a discount of 50% or more CANNOT be changed, or refunded.
- In discounts periods, there is NO REFUND.
- Products such as belts,bags or headbands cannot be changed unless they are proven to be defective.
When the customer has selected the new product he wants us to send him, he informs us about it and if there is availability, and the product is of equal or greater value than its original purchase, we commit the new product waiting for its return. When the return of the product is completed and if the returned product is in its original condition, accompanied by the purchase receipt, we send the new product to the address given to us when ordering, at customer’s expense.
If there is a difference in the price of the new product, this payment is made in two ways: by cash on delivery or by deposit in the following bank accounts and in the name of the beneficiary PRIVE SHOP.
If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with her order, she has the right to withdraw from the distance contract she has concluded, within a period of ten (10) calendar days from the day of shipment of the products. She should contact us at 2106130627 informing us of her wish.
In this case, we will refund all the money we received from you, within ten (10) calendar days from the day we receive the product excluding shipping and return costs of the product, which are CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
Refunds are made by deposit in an account that you indicate to us.
In this case the customer will have to make a change (in the value of the product, excluding shipping costs).
For more immediate service, we suggest and request that the communication regarding product change or the status of an order that the customer will make, be done exclusively by phone or e-mail and not through social media (facebook or instagram).
On social media we are available for information about the products, their price and their availability.
Effective Product Return Policy
The prive shop must pack all the products in the best possible way so that they reach their destination without damage.
In case the customer receives a product which has suffered serious damage to its packaging and has damaged the product, then this is considered defective and must be replaced.
Defective is also considered a product that has a proven and obvious manufacturing error. Products that are damaged due to use and wear after purchase are not considered defective.
The customer is also obliged to follow the washing instructions written on the inner label of the clothes. If the washing rules are not followed, the prive shop does not bear any responsibility.
If any of the above problems are found, the customer must contact directly by e-mail (email@example.com) or by phone at 2106130627, and prive shop has the obligation to replace the defective product with a new one if any available or with another chosen by the customer.
Of course, note that the prive shop, in case of disagreement about the defect, has the right to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the defect is manufacturing or not.
This of course requires some time up to 10 – 15 working days. Nevertheless, the prive shop will try to serve and inform the customer about the progress of the process as soon as possible.
The shipping and billing process is the same as that described above regarding product change.
